Mobile app
- Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
- Tap the Manage Cards tile.*
- Tap the Order Cards tile.
- Tap the blue Add A Card button at the top of the screen.
- Tap the field labelled Card Type and select the type of card you would like to order.
- Tap the field labelled Card Name and enter your desired name for the new card.
- Tap the field labelled Card Options and enter your desired options for the new card (e.g. Diesel only, Fuel & lube, All fuel).
- Tap the blue Done button at the bottom of the screen.
- If you would like to order more cards, tap the blue Add A Card button at the top of the screen and repeat steps 5 to 8.
- Once you have added the card(s) you require, tap the blue Confirm Order button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your request will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
*Can’t access the Manage Cards tile? Ask your account administrator to update your user permissions.

- Click here to visit and log in to your account.
- Click the Fuel Cards tile.
- Click the Manage Cards tile.*
- Click the Order Cards tile.
- Click the Number of Cards field and select the number of cards you would like to order.
- Click the field labelled Enter driver name or vehicle registration and enter your desired driver name/vehicle registration.
- Click the field labelled Enter the product options you would like to have and enter your desired product options for the new card (e.g. Diesel only, Fuel & lube, All fuel).
- Click the field labelled Select Card Type and select the type of card you would like to order.
- If you wish to provide any additional information regarding your card order, enter it in the field labelled Additional Information.
- Click the green tick button to submit your order.
- Your request will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
