How to contact us from Radius Velocity

Mobile app

  1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
  2. Tap the Contact Us tile.
  3. You will now see the following tiles:
    • Card Query
    • Price Query
    • Invoice Query
    • Credit Query
    • Request a Callback
    • Suggest an Improvement
  4. Tap the tile which best describes your query. If none of the tiles describe your query, swipe to the next page and click the Other Query tile.
  5. Enter the details of your query in the fields labelled Your NameYour Email AddressYour Contact Number and Please enter a query.
  6. Press the blue Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Your query will be processed by our team as soon as possible.

Browser

  1. Click here to visit and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Contact Us tile.
  3. You will now see the following tiles:
    • Fuel Cards
    • Kinesis Telematics*
    • Other
    • Change Your Details
  4. Click the tile which best relates to your query.
  5. If you click the Fuel Cards tile, you will then see the following tiles:
    • Card Query
    • Price Query
    • Invoice Query
    • Credit Query
    • Request a Callback
    • Suggest Improvement
    • Other Query
    • Change Your Details

    If you click the Kinesis Telematics tile, you will then see the following tiles:

    • Report a Problem
    • Request Additional Devices
    • Remove Device
    • Change Vehicle
    • Request a Callback
    • Invoice Query
    • Request Training
    • Suggest New Feature
  6. Click on the tile that best describes your query.
  7. Enter the details of your query in the relevant fields and press the green tick button to submit it.
  8. Your query will be processed by our team as soon as possible.
