The Smartdiesel card offers you a network over more than 2,750 sites, which includes 135 discounted sites and more than 650 HGV sites. The majority of these 2,750 sites are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so your busy fleet will always have options.
Your Smartdiesel fuel card uses unique transparent pricing, so you will always know the price that you pay for your fuel. Use Smartdiesel’s price calculator to decide how much you want to pay for fuel every week based on how much you wish to draw.
You have the ability to stop cards at any time of day and set card limits through our online authorisation limits. The advanced reporting tools available through Velocity will help to limit the potential misuse of your fuel cards.
There is no longer the need to collect driver receipts and check against time sheets. As a Smartdiesel customer, you automatically receive detailed invoices that list all transactions together. All of our invoices are HMRC approved, which makes claiming back VAT on business fuel purchase simple.
Our specialist online fleet management system, Velocity, offers you 24-hour access to your account. Here you can set your weekly pricing, stop and order cards, check monthly spend, run reports, and download previous invoices. You will have all of this at the click of a button, so you can ensure that your fleet are working at maximum efficiency.
You can access the entire Smartdiesel network through our e-route site locator. Available on desktop, mobile, or as a download to your SatNav, you and your drivers will always know the location of the nearest site on your network. You will also be provided with full details of the site, including all facilities available to your drivers.
