How to view your invoices

Mobile app

1. Open the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
2. Tap the Invoices tile.*
3. To view all of your invoices in a chronological list, tap the View Invoices tile.
4. To search for an invoice by amount, month, invoice number or a date range, tap the Search Invoices tile.
5. Once you have found the invoice you’re looking for, tap it to open it.
6. Depending on your device, you may be able to download or share it.

*Can’t access the Invoices tile? Ask your account administrator to update your user permissions.

Browser

1. Click here to visit and log in to your account.
2. Click the Fuel Cards tile.
3. Click the Invoices tile.*
4. To view all of your invoices in a chronological list, click the View Invoices tile.
5. To search for an invoice by amount, month, invoice number, country or a date range, click the Search Invoices tile.
6. Once you have found the invoice you’re looking for, click the blue View Invoice button in the column titled View Invoice.
7. You can now download or print your invoice.
