How to reset your password

Mobile app

  1. Open the app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Reset Password.
  4. Enter your email address and tap the Reset my password button.
  5. You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
  6. Enter your new password and click Change my password.
  7. Your password has now been set. Navigate back to the app to log in to your account.

Browser

  1. Click here to visit the login page.
  2. Click Forgot? in the password field to go to the Password Reset page.
  3. Enter your email address and select Reset my password.
  4. You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
  5. Enter your new password and click Change my password.
  6. Your password has now been set. Click Log in to enter your account.
