Mobile app
- Open the
app on your mobile device.
- Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Enter your email address and tap the Reset my password button.
- You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
- Enter your new password and click Change my password.
- Your password has now been set. Navigate back to the
app to log in to your account.
Browser
- Click here to visit the
login page.
- Click Forgot? in the password field to go to the Password Reset page.
- Enter your email address and select Reset my password.
- You will now receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link.
- Enter your new password and click Change my password.
- Your password has now been set. Click Log in to enter your account.
