Terms & Conditions

The offer

1. This offer entitles customers to a rebate of up to £80 per month off your UK Fuels fuel bill if you agree to switch your mobile plan to Adam Phones Limited or Radius Connect Limited (“Radius”) between 26.09.23 and 31.11.23.

How to redeem 

2. Agree to switch your mobile plan to Radius by purchasing a Sim Only Tariff and/or Sim & Handset deal with Radius.
3. A rebate off your UK Fuels fuel invoice will automatically be applied for the duration of your mobile contract, up to a maximum duration of 24 months from the start of the mobile contract.
4. The value of the rebate will be determined on your fuel usage with UK Fuels capped at £80 per month.

General

5. This offer is exclusive to UK Fuels customers based in the United Kingdom.
6. Sim Only Tariff and Sim & Handset contracts are subject to Radius’ terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer does not apply to existing Radius telecoms customers.
7. This offer is only applicable to Sim Only Tariff and Sim & Handset purchases from Radius. The offer is not applicable to other Radius products, including (but not limited to) Business Phone Systems, Lines and Calls, Business Broadband and Business Apps.
8. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, has no cash value and is not transferable.
9. UK Fuels has absolute discretion in determining whether an application for the offer is valid, and UK Fuels may refuse to accept any application which UK Fuels reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.
10. UK Fuels reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. This offer is made by UK Fuels Limited of Eurocard Centre, Herald Park, Crewe, CW1 6EG.
12. This offer is governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
