Telephony provider Trinity Maxwell becomes sister company to UK Fuels

Business telecoms provider Trinity Maxwell is the fifth acquisition in as many weeks for UK Fuels’ parent company Radius.

Established in 2011, Trinity Maxwell provides business telecoms solutions to customers predominantly based in London. Trinity Maxwell has an excellent reputation in the telecoms industry as a result of its “concierge” style of customer service and account management.

Bill Holmes, CEO of Radius, commented: “The acquisition of Trinity Maxwell highlights our intention to quickly develop our telecoms offer with a strategic approach to regional growth.

“Our diversification strategy across the group means we can provide our customers with a compelling range of products across telecoms, telematics, insurance and fuel cards where leading edge technology can help us differentiate ourselves from other players in the market.

Trinity Maxwell is a key acquisition for Radius, whose strategy is to build a strong platform enabling it to provide a full portfolio of services to its 70,000 business customers. Trinity Maxwell brings some great products that strengthen the existing portfolio of mobile, fixed, hosted telephony and unified communications solutions.

Operating on five continents, UK Fuels’ parent company Radius provides fuel cards, telematics, business telephony, insurance and corporate charge cards. The British-owned company was founded over 30 years ago and is headquartered in Crewe.
