UK Fuels’ parent company Radius acquires Pure Telecom

The UK Fuels family of companies, owned by Radius, has expanded its telecoms capability with the acquisition of award-winning, independent telecoms specialist, Pure Telecom.

Based in Shrewsbury, Pure Telecom has built an excellent reputation over many years in the telecoms market, providing business telephone and mobile systems supported by outstanding customer service to smaller companies and other organisations throughout the UK.

Bill Holmes, CEO of Radius, comments: “Radius has acquired a highly reputable business in a sector where we see huge potential for an offering to our core customers alongside their fuel cards and telematics products. We look forward to working with the team at Pure Telecom to build a successful telecoms division within the Radius group.

This acquisition follows Radius’ initial expansion into the telecoms market in October 2018, when it bought the leading independent service provider in mobile and fixed-line communications, Adam Phones. Adding Pure Telecom to Radius’ portfolio helps Radius offer an increasingly comprehensive suite of products to suit any business’ requirements.

UK Fuels’ parent company Radius provides fuel cards, telematics, business telephony, insurance and corporate charge cards. The British-owned company was founded over 30 years ago and operates on five continents.
