NCASS Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to the members of The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) who have fuel card accounts with UK Fuels Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies (Radius) and have opted-in for marketing communication from Radius (Participants).
2. Participants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Radius, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the prize draw are excluded from this prize draw.
3. The prize draw will run from 00:00 GMT on 26th June 2023 (Opening Date) to 23:59 GMT on 9th July 2023 (Closing Date).
4. To participate in the prize draw, Participants must use your UK Fuels fuel card to purchase diesel or unleaded fuel between the Opening Date and the Closing Date (Valid Purchase). Purchases after this time will not be considered for the prize draw.
5. No minimum spend is required for a Valid Purchase. Once a Valid Purchase is made each Participant will be automatically entered into the prize draw. There is a limit of one entry per account.
6. Radius accepts no responsibility for purchases not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 14th July 2023. The winner will receive an Amazon Echo Dot.
8. The winner will be notified via email on 14th July 2023. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified by Radius, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Radius will be entitled to select another winner.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The decision of Radius regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Radius reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. To the extent Radius is required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, the details of the winner will be disclosed after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your details being publish or made available, please contact Radius at its registered office address at Eurocard Centre, Herald Park, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG. In such circumstances, Radius must still provide the details of the winner or the information and winning entry to any relevant authority in the UK.
12. Personal data supplied during the course of the survey will only be processed as set out in the Radius privacy policy: Privacy Policy – Radius Payment Solutions
13. The prize draw will be governed by English law and Participants must submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Radius is the promoter of this prize draw and it is not sponsored or endorsed by or in association with Amazon or any third party that is not within the Radius group.
