Completed profiles prize draw

Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI) who have fuel card accounts with Radius Payment Solutions Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies (Radius) and are contacted by Radius to complete their account profile (Participants).
2. Participants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Radius, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the prize draw are excluded from this prize draw.
3. The prize draw will run from 00:00 GMT on 21 September 2023 (Opening Date) to 23:59 GMT on 1^st March 2024 (Closing Date).
4. To participate in the prize draw, Participants must complete their account profile by providing their vehicle registration number/s.
5. Radius accepts no responsibility for account profile that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Four winners will be chosen by random draw on 4^th March 2024. Each winner’s fuel card account will be credited with £250 (€250 for customers who reside in the ROI) including VAT of fuel.
7. The winners will be notified via email on 4^th March 2024. If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified by Radius, then that winner’s prize will be forfeited and Radius will be entitled to select another winner.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The decision of Radius regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Radius reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. To the extent Radius is required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, the details of the winner will be disclosed after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your details being publish or made available, please contact Radius at its registered office address at Eurocard Centre, Herald Park, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG. In such circumstances, Radius must still provide the details of the winner or the information and winning entry to any relevant authority in the UK or in the ROI.

12. The prize draw will be governed by English law and Participants must submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Radius is the promoter of this prize draw and it is not sponsored or endorsed by or in association any third party that is not within the Radius’ group.
